Heartbreaking tribute to 'sweet girl' as young Scots woman dies after night out

Tributes have been paid to a young Scottish woman who died suddenly after a night out. Molly Brogan McBeath, from Falkirk, passed away on Sunday aged just 22.

It's understood Molly died just hours after a night out with friends on Saturday night. Hundreds of tributes have now been shared by family and friends on social media.

Her devastated mum Claire Brogan McBeath shared her final picture on Facebook as she paid tribute to her "sweet girl".

She wrote: "Today we lost our beautiful Molly. This picture was taken last night, giving no indication of what was going to happen. We love you with all our hearts sweet girl."

Scotty Mckilliop said in a tribute: "Our beautiful Molly Brogan McBeath I will miss you always we are all devastated. I wish you'd called me. As the family we are you won't ever be forgotten or not talked about. Rip molls I just can't accept it but we will see you one day again xx."

Friend Chloe Dollard said: "Honestly lost for words. Cannot believe I’m typing this. You were too precious for this world. You were the kindest soul with the biggest heart.

"If I was ever down, you were the first person at the door with my favourite food, you were always there for everyone. I’m so grateful to have had someone as special as you in my life, you really were one in a million and I’m blessed to be able to say you were one of the bestest friends I ever had.
