This Morning viewers were left in tears on Tuesday when a competition winner was surprised on her doorstep – and revealed she only has months left to live.
Brave Heather Bone has been fighting cancer since 2019 – and has been taking life by the horns since she was given the devastating news that her condition is terminal.
The 40-year-old was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer two years ago and was initially relieved when she was given the all clear during lockdown.
Devastatingly, she was told in October last year that the cancer had come back and spread to her brain, and on This Morning on Tuesday she revealed she likely only has three months of life left to live.

Heather was surprised by Alison Hammond at her home in West Sussex where she was awarded a £1,000 prize as part of the show’s Dosh On Your Doorstep competition.
She was also given a special message from Craig David, of whom she is a superfan, to commemorate her upcoming 41st birthday, which is on Thursday.
Appearing on the show this week, Heather shared that she had been given her heartbreaking diagnosis.

She said: "I got diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019, I then got the all clear just before my 40th birthday, I thought things were getting back to normal, I then got told I had brain mets, so now I am getting myself organised.
"I have been told I've got three months to live, so I am going to have a 'wake me up before I go, go' party, a party before my passing."
Alison asked: "How do you continue to be upbeat for your sons and your husband?"

Heather replied: "Because there is no point moping, it is what it is, if I mope it won't help my family, my husband or my children. So I am in auto-mode at the moment."
One viewer tweeted: "Wow. That was emotional. Well done Heather. Hope she has the best party. This Morning at its best there".
Another wrote: "What a brave and lovely lady Heather is, her attitude is uplifting and very inspiring."
Heather has been documenting her cancer battle online and has an Instagram page called Heather’s Cancer Journey.
Updating her feed on Tuesday, the mum wrote: “Wow don’t know what to say, thank you @alisonhammond55 still haven’t got over @craigdavid.”
Her posts have chronicled her various trips to hospital and various treatments and tests she has endured.
Recent posts revealed she has suffered seizures during her cancer battle – which have led to her being rushed to A&E – and she has been submitted for MRI scans.

While other uplifting posts have included snapshots of family life showing her enjoying staycations and time with her sons, husband and family.
Heather has been telling followers about her plans to celebrate her 41st birthday in style – by throwing a garden party this week.
She has shared photos of a huge marquee in her garden where she plans to celebrate her “40 + 1” birthday with a delicious cream tea party.
