Heartbreaking search launched for relatives after Glasgow man dies alone at home

Police are searching for the relatives of a Glasgow man after the pensioner was found dead at home.

James Doyle was discovered within his flat on Kemp Street in Springburn on Wednesday, January 6.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of the 80-year-old.

It is believed that James had two brothers and two sisters born in the 1940’s and early 1950’s.

Anyone who has knowledge of James’ relatives is asked to contact the Administration department, London Road Police Office on 0141-532-4681.

They are available Monday to Friday from 8am–4pm.
