Health chiefs issue update on total number patients in Leeds with coronavirus

Public Health England have updated the full breakdown of coronavirus cases per area in the UK, as the country comes to the end of 12 days on lockdown.

Nationaly, there are now over 38,000 recorded cases of Covid-19 with an increase in the last 24 hours of 4,450. A further 684 people have died from the diseas, with the total number of fatalities now at 3,605.

In Leeds, coronavirus has claimed the lives of a further two people, taking the total deaths in our hospitals to 32. Scroll down for the breakdown on cases, with another rise in Leeds, now just shy of 220 people infected.
