A probe has been launched by the Heath and Safety Executive after two cameramen were injured in a serious incident involving a cherrypicker at Hamilton Park Racecourse.
Emergency services raced to the horse track amid reports of the incident at around 1.35pm on Tuesday, June 29.
Fire crews mobilised two appliances, with the two men having fallen onto the roof of a vehicle.

On Wednesday afternoon, police confirmed that the men were in a stable condition.
They were recovered using an aerial rescue appliance before being rushed to Wishaw General Hospital for treatment by ambulance.
Racing TV reported the incident around 2.15pm and said: “We can’t speculate but our thoughts go out to them and their families.”
A witness told the Record that the two fell from the machine with one suffering a leg injury.
Racing was abandoned on Tuesday following the horror incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1.50pm on Tuesday, 29 June, police were called to a report of two men falling from a mobile platform at Hamilton Race Course.
“Emergency services attended and both men were taken to Wishaw General Hospital for treatment where their condition is described a stable.
“The incident has now been referred to the Health and Safety Executive.”
A Hamilton Park spokesperson said they were unable to comment on the incident.
