Executive search business Livingston James Group has appointed Mark Lewis to its board of directors.
Lewis, who joined the Group in 2011 and has led its financial recruitment arm Rutherford Cross since it was founded in 2013, also becomes a shareholder.
He said; “It has been a privilege to play a part in growing the Livingston James Group into the business it is today. I am hugely excited to take on the role of board director, and look forward to the challenges and opportunities it will present.”
Livingston James Group was established in 2010 and employs 35 people in Glasgow and Edinburgh across its four brands - Livingston James for executive search; Rutherford Cross for senior finance; Drummond Bridge for procurement and supply chain; and Hamilton Forth for technology and change.
Group chairman and CEO Jamie Livingston said: “Mark has made a real impact on the group in the time he has been with us, particularly in the development of our finance recruitment brand, Rutherford Cross. I am confident that his appointment to the board will have a positive impact on the future of our business as we look to the next 10 years.”
