A special needs school headteacher sent vile messages about students, referring to one as a 'crayon-eating motherf****r' and a 'window licker'.
Genevieve Hyde sent the horrifying messages to fellow senior colleagues at Wargrave House School and Specialist College in Newton-le-Willows, Cheshire.
Hyde also referred to a student as "poo-ey pants" and made references to students being 'r****ds', reports Cheshire Live.
She was sacked after an internal investigation and a professional conduct probe said she had "created and nurtured an environment whereby staff were at liberty to be extremely offensive towards other staff members and a student".
The Teaching Regulation Agency, which has just published its findings, said her conduct demonstrated a "lack of integrity" and that she was overall guilty of unacceptable conduct.
But the panel decided that an "ordinary, intelligent citizen" would find it appropriate to not take action against her, and she is allowed to continue in the profession despite losing her job.
The messages were sent over WhatsApp "outside the school environment", according to the panel.
According to the report, on December 31 2018 she sent a message which said: "Not every flower can say love, but a rose can. Not every plant survives thirst, but a cactus can.
"Not every r****d can read, but look at you go, little buddy. I don’t care if you lick windows, or f*** farm animals. You hang in there cupcake, because you’re f***ing special to me, and you’re my friend.
"Look at you smiling at your phone, you crayon eating mother f****r!"
The report stated that Ms Hyde admitted sending the messages, which were sent via social media to the deputy head of education and assistant head of education of the school.
She also admitted to sending emails to someone who was not a member of the school in which she described another individual as 'Mr Nostrils' in March 2019
