Newcastle United winger Allan Saint-Maximin has been tipped to become a Premier League superstar within the next two years.
The 22-year-old provided a moment of brilliance on Tuesday evening as his stunning solo goal secured a 3-2 win over Oxford in an FA Cup fourth round replay.
His impact on the pitch at Newcastle has been huge since his summer move from Nice, not only in terms of points, but his importance in transition.
Newcastle have lost just twice in the Premier League when Saint-Maximin has started, winning seven times and drawing on three occasions.
His pace and trickery has given defenders nightmares so far this term and Tuesday's winning goal displayed the very best of the former St Etienne, Monaco, Hannover and Bastia star.
His performance after replacing Joelinton at the Kassam Stadium on Tuesday evening caught the eye of former Republic of Ireland international Clinton Morrison, who was commentating on the game.
And the former Birmingham and Crystal Palace star believes Saint-Maximin has the ability to cement himself as a Premier League superstar in the next couple of seasons.
"You have to give huge credit to Saint-Maximin," Morrison told BBC Radio 5Live.
"I called it in commentary that he looked like the difference maker.
"In extra-time he looked the most lively. Oxford were getting tired and their full-backs were pushing on leaving their defenders two on two with Saint-Maximin and Atsu.
"You can't do that with a player of his ability. He is still raw, he is still off the cuff, but the goal he scored - that is what he is capable of.
"In another couple of years in the Premier League he will be a superstar. He has all the natural ability.
"That is a superb goal to win an FA Cup tie."
