'He's getting more and more cultured with his finishing' - pundit hails Nottingham Forest striker

Tyler Walker's performances for Lincoln City have been catching the eye, with one pundit hailing the development of the Nottingham Forest striker.

Walker has hit four goals in seven League One games for Lincoln City since joining them on a season-long loan.

Former Wolves goalkeeper Matt Murray says Walker is an astute signing for the Imps as all parties benefit from the deal.

"Tyler Walker is a really good signing. You watch him at Nottingham Forest and he did well," Murray said on Sky Sport's Soccer Saturday show.

"He went to Mansfield and did well. He's doing well this season, scoring all types of goals.

"He's got loads of pace and he's getting more and more cultured with his finishing.

"He's a really good player. Lincoln used to be 4-4-2 but now they're changing by bringing in players like Jorge Grant, who also came from Nottingham Forest.

"Walker can lead the line, but he can stretch teams in behind. Forest are having their player's value added to, but for Tyler, it's a chance to learn and improve."

Walker was unable to prevent Lincoln suffering a 3-1 defeat to Wycombe on Saturday as he hit a post. Lincoln are now fifth in League One.
