'He’s a Rolls-Royce' - Leeds United star will definitely play in Premier League next season tips pundit

Sky Sports pundit Keith Andrews has confidently declared that Ben White will be playing in the Premier League next season following his impressive season on loan with Leeds United.

The 22-year-old Brighton player has excelled with Marcelo Bielsa's promotion-chasing side this season, turning heads in the top-flight following his performances.

A host of clubs are being linked with his signature and Leeds, should they achieve promotion, would certainly like to bring him back to Elland Road.

Either way, Andrews believes that whatever happens, White will definitely be a Premier League player next season.

“It’s a no-brainer, an absolute no-brainer. Pontus Jansson leaves, Ben White comes in as his replacement and there are a few eyebrows raised, thinking: big boots to fill in terms of a hugely charismatic figure and cult hero at Leeds United," he told Sky Sports' Championship podcast.

“This lad has just been on loan at a couple of non-league clubs. To say he settled like snow is an understatement.

“He has been phenomenal. I don’t like him in centre-midfield, please stop playing him there. He’s a Rolls-Royce and people are going to see him at a Premier League level, whether that’s at Leeds or back at Brighton, he’s a serious, serious player.

“He’s come a long way. He’s served his apprenticeship in terms of going out on those loan moves. I’m a big fan of the loan market. He’s gone and earned his stripes and when you go to a club like Leeds United, it’s a test. Can you deal with playing at a massive club, with that type of intensity week-in, week-out?

"He’s dealt with it, with no problem at all. Could he play in the Premier League right now? Yes, he absolutely could, and he will do next season.”
