He was sent off against Southampton at the weekend, and Serge Aurier almost certainly should have seen red again.
The Tottenham full-back was named in the starting line-up for the Champions League clash against Bayern Munich on Tuesday evening, but was almost granted an early night after a reckless challenge.
The moment came in the first half at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium when David Alaba slid across to clear the ball to safety.
Aurier seemed to misjudge the slide from the Bayern defender and tried to hurdle the tackle, but instead came crashing down on the defender with both feet.

However the challenge has been spread all over social media and fans can't quite believe that the defender was not punished for such an awful challenge.
