The question of whether Donald Trump was involved in Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual crimes remains unanswered and will be determined as more details about his case come to light. However, regardless of whether the evidence implicates or exonerates Trump, it does not mean he is completely innocent.
Over the years, Trump has made his views on women very clear. On multiple occasions during public appearances, Trump has used derogatory language to describe them, providing hints of his predatory nature. A recently resurfaced video of him doing a similar thing has caused controversy among the online community, especially those who have long been suspicious of Trump’s exploitative behaviours.
In an awkward clip featuring President Donald Trump and media figure Howard Stern, Stern can be seen asking Trump to confirm his knowledge of “sexual predators and things like that,” to which a woman, presumably a co-host, responds by saying, “You are one.” Following this remark, Donald Trump seems to show a moment of discomfort and is seen potentially mouthing the words “that’s right” or “that’s true” while nodding and laughing nervously. If this doesn’t serve as sufficient evidence of how he thinks of women, I’m not sure what does, and fortunately, the internet agrees.
As clips from this interaction began to spread across social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), it sparked numerous discussions. The consensus among users was that Trump’s apparent admission of being a sexual predator on record warranted an investigation by authorities regarding his actions and was sufficient grounds for his removal from his role as the President of the United States. One individual remarked:
“Exactly! There are hours of tapes that can be brought out where Trump confesses to his crimes! He boasts about his crimes!”
Another person, highlighting how Trump’s daughter, who was sitting beside him, also laughed at the comments of the hosts, stated:
“It’s wild that people casually laugh while their dad admits he’s a sexual predator. Like, what’s the punchline here? “Family bonding over criminal confession”? Or maybe they just missed the memo on the whole ‘seriousness of these things’ part.”
Several others echoed similar feelings of contempt for Donald Trump.
