'Hazard cash to bring Oblak!' - Excited Chelsea fans send transfer message to Marina Granovskaia

Chelsea fans are reacting to Eden Hazard winning the La Liga title with Real Madrid.

The Belgium international was signed for a fee in the region of £90million by Los Blancos last summer in an attempt to end Barcelona's dominance in the top-flight of Spanish football.

Despite not always being at his best, Hazard has helped deliver a 34th La Liga title for Madrid.

Frank Lampard on 1-0 win against Norwich: Job done

He played just over an hour of the 2-1 win over Villarreal on Thursday night - a result coupled with Barcelona's shock home defeat against Osasuna - confirmed Madrid as league champions with one game remaining.

That success will have an impact on Hazard's former club in a positive manner.

The Blues are in line to receive a welcome windfall as per the agreement with Madrid as the £90m deal could rise to £130m if certain bonuses are met.

One of which is winning the La Liga title, which means that clause can now be triggered.

Reports claim the fee could be as much as £18m, which would go a long way to funding a summer transfer for Kai Havertz who will reportedly cost in the region of £90m.

But is there another target in mind?

That would appear to be the case as some Chelsea fans have come up with a theory that the Hazard windfall should be used to trigger Jan Oblak's £103m release clause at Atletico Madrid.

Take a look at what's been said on Twitter...

German Burgos, Diego Simeone's outgoing assistant manager at Atletico Madrid, has openly talked about Chelsea's interest in Oblak.

"If I only quote one who I would take with me from Atletico de Madrid, it would be bad, I have to name them all," he told Marca.

"Look, the Russian (Roman Abramovich) wants to take Oblak."
