Hayley Tamaddon shows off her 'cute' baby bump on holiday

Former Coronation Street star Hayley Tamaddon has been showing off her 'cute' baby bump by the pool on holiday.

The pregnant stage and screen star announced last month that she was expecting her first child at the age of 42 after being told she would never be able to conceive.

Hayley, who also played Andrea Beckett in Coronation Street and won the celeb skating show Dancing On Ice in 2010, shared a holiday snap on Twitter of herself dipping her feet in the pool while sunning herself and her bump.

She tweeted: "The pool all to myself!"

One follower replied: "Looking good, lady. Although I’m pretty sure there are two people in the photo sharing the pool."

Another said: "What a cute little bump you look so happy x"

And another told her: "Not quite by yourself lol. Lovely little baba growing inside you, lush pic xx"

Announcing the news of her pregnancy Hayley told her followers: "EXCITING NEWS TWEET!! I'm so pleased to tell you all... I’m expecting my first child with my wonderful boyfriend Adrian!!

"I've always wanted to be a mum and didn't think I could have children. And now, at the ripe old age of 42 - I'M PREGNANT! We couldn't be happier."

Earlier this year Hayley reminded people of the 'rules of theatre etiquette' after an audience member shouted “f**k you” at her during a serious scene in the musical Everybody's Talking About Jamie.

Hayley received a raft of support after tweeting about the experience at the Apollo Theatre in London and the subject also sparked debate among theatre-goers and fellow actors.

She said: "To the lady in the audience who shouted “f**k you” at me during a very serious scene last night. Whilst I’m so grateful that you believed in my character - I’d like to remind you, you were in a theatre, not watching TV.
