Hayden Panettiere and convicted felon boyfriend filmed in brawl outside celeb hotspot

Hayden Panettiere and her boyfriend Brian Hickerson have been filmed fighting with a group of fellow bar goers outside a celebrity hotspot.

The incident took place on Thursday night outside the Sunset Marquis, after the Heroes star's boyfriend allegedly spat on group of patrons of the bar in Hollywood.

In the video footage obtained by TMZ, Hayden, 32, can be seen trying to pull her on-off boyfriend away from the brawl, as he is currently on probation until 2025 for domestic violence charges against the mum-of-one.

The Scream 4 actress can be heard yelling: "Brian, jail!" at one point during the fight, which is seemingly a reference to the conditions of his probation.

After security tried the defuse the heated situation outside the hotel bar, the fight moved onto the street - with Hayden seen being pushed to the ground at one point during the multi-person brawl.

A witness to the events has told TMZ how the fight began after Brian spat at someone in the group and a manager removed all involved from the venue.

The footage reveals a member of security asking anyone not involved in the heated fight to go back inside the celebrity hotspot.

"I need everyone back in the bar, please," they are heard saying, as Brian can be seen heading towards a group of around eight people.

Although the brawl involves two women - including Hayden - and six men, the altercation mainly involves Brian and one other male.

After some heated words, the group eventually moved away from the swanky venue and onto the street, where things turned physical.

Throughout the grapple, Hayden mainly keeps her distance and calls her partner's name out in concern on several occasions.

At one point, the actress attempts to pull a man launching himself at her boyfriend away from him - going on to fall to the ground but seemingly remaining uninjured.

Another shot shows the Nashville star being lifted to her feet, as she persisted in trying to remove her partner from the situation.

"Back up, back up, everybody," she can be heard saying during the brawl, as she tries to keep the group away.

Hayden was clearly desperate to remove her boyfriend from the fight - at one point pleading with a man on the scene, saying: "No, let me get him. Let me get him."

The actress - who stands at 5'2 - is later seen wrapping her arms around someone's leg, which causes her to roll across the street.

The footage then cuts to show Brian being dragged away from the brawl, yelling: "I'm ready for round two."

The fight is eventually broken up, but one member of the group claims Brian is going to follow them.

Hayden is then seen being accompanied by bar staff back to the star-studded venue, apologising to staff for the incident.

"I know, I'm sorry," she replied to an employee who declared: "That dude."

The star's remorseful mood seemed to change, after she overheard other discussing Brian - turning around to passionately warn: "Don't ever f**king talk about him."

TMZ reports that law enforcement did later arrive at the scene, but everyone had left by that point and no report was filed.

In 2021, Brian was sentenced to 45 days in jail and four years probation, after Hayden accused him of domestic violence and he was arrested on multiple felony charges.

Hayden obtained a restraining order against him in May 2019 and discussed the abuse allegations on Instagram shortly afterwards.

"I am coming forward with the truth about what happened to me with the hope that my story will empower others in abusive relationships to get the help they need and deserve," she told her fans last year.

"I am prepared to do my part to make sure this man never hurts anyone again."

After Brian's release from jail in May 2021, the pair were spotted together and rumours about a reunion have been circulating ever since.

Brian was Hayden's first public relationship after her split from former fiance Wladimir Klitschko, whom she shares seven-year-old daughter Kaya with.

The Mirror has approached representatives for Hayden for comment.
