As much as we love summer, if there's one bad thing about spending our days in various parks and the garden, it's the huge increase in pollen.
So if you're a hay fever sufferer that's been struggling with a runny nose and red, itchy eyes you're not alone, with one fellow hay fever victim taking to Facebook to share her tip.
Writing on deals page Extreme Couponing and Bargains the shopper wrote: "Tip for hay fever sufferers, these gel eye masks are awesome for putting on your eyes for relief, 99p in savers."

She then proceeded to take an image of the game-changing eye mask, which promises to "relieve stress" and "reduce puffiness", as well as being "non toxic and hypo allergenic".
If you don't have a savers near you, there's some pretty similarly priced versions on the likes of Amazon and eBay.
The cheapest online gel eye mask we could find is for £1.23 on Amazon with free delivery, but we found that if you pay a few pennies more, you can get ones with holes in the centre to put your eyes through, such as these ones on eBay for £1.39, plus 99p postage or Amazon's 60p offering (plus 89p delivery).
The Facebook post has raked up a lot of interest from people, with some stating they already swear by this trick, and others excited to finally find something that works.
