Have your say on whether you think coronavirus restrictions should end on June 21?

After more than a year of restrictions, the end could finally be in site with June 21 still set as the date to remove all lockdown rules.

As it stands, that's when all legal limits on social contact will end, with nightclubs and music venues re-opening and larger events resuming without limited crowds.

Liverpool has been at the forefront of that effort by holding several pilot events to see if they could be held safely.

It comes after a massive vaccination effort which has seen millions of people fully vaccinated and many more with at least one jab.

However the date is also approaching against a backdrop of steadily rising coronavirus cases and increased concerns about the Delta r Indian variant of the pandemic.

That is said to be more contagious than existing strains, although the vaccines are also said to offer strong protection too.

As it stands we are still on course for June 21, although that date is looking more shaky than it did earlier in the year.

But what do you think? Should we put our faith in the vaccine and end restrictions or should we stop and assess once again? Take part in our survey to have your say.
