Have your say on the second Irish national lockdown in our survey

Ireland has been in a second lockdown for the past two weeks as national level five restrictions continue.

Rising rates of coronavirus infections lead to the government decision.

It is hoped that Ireland will exit level five restrictions on December 1st.

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly has raised the prospect of moving back to Level Two on the Living With Covid scale in December.

The Fianna Fail TD said yesterday the plan for next month is to “open back up” and added “there is a possibility it might be Level Two”.

And it is likely nothing will change for almost another month as a planned review in a fortnight is increasingly unlikely to see any relaxing of restrictions.

Level Two would see high streets open again with a bang and would allow Christmas shoppers to go for a pint in a bar or a bite to eat inside a restaurant after they buy their presents.

We want to hear how you feel about the new national lockdown and how it will affect you. You can fill out our survey below.
