Former Manchester United icon Cristiano Ronaldo continues to be linked with a move to rivals Manchester City with new reports now claiming that an agreement between the two is ‘imminent’.
The move would see the Portuguese forward return to Manchester 12 years after he left United in a then world-record £80m transfer to Real Madrid.
Ronaldo had previously been linked with a return to United earlier in this window, as well as to Paris Saint-Germain, as he attempts to leave Juventus after three years in Turin.
