Daniel Levy and the Tottenham Board have come under much scrutiny over the last few weeks, due to the situation with the N17 club.
Spurs have been without a major trophy for 13 years and have had countless managers who have tried, but failed, to lead them to silverware.
Their new stadium and training ground show major developments for the north London club but they still haven't found great success on the pitch and fans are now struggling to see the direction of the club.
A rocky start to the season, under a new head coach, has raised various questions for the Board and football.london wants to know your thoughts on the people in charge of your club.
So, let us know your thoughts on Levy and his Board and how the club is run by answering our survey below, or clicking here.
The Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust requested a meeting with the Board over the club's current issues which they wanted to discuss, but Levy and his colleagues declined the invitation.
Some fans have expressed their anger and disappointment towards the Board through protests, which were seen before both NFL fixtures, played at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
After the meeting invitation was dismissed, the Supporters' Trust decided to publicly ask their questions which included wanting to know more about stadium naming rights, objectives, the club's DNA as well as where money they have raised from holding the boxing and NFL events at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has gone.
Just a couple of days later the Board responded to the Trust to explain that they had acknowledged the questions. In a statement the Board said: "We have also always been committed to communication with our fan groups and Supporter Clubs, as yourselves, Proud Lilywhites and Spursability will hopefully attest.
"We recognise a relationship we all value is currently strained, and we hope that we can emerge from these tough times to work together more successfully.
"We remain committed to working together to ensure the best possible outcome for the club and its supporters."
Although the Trust got a response, it still doesn't specifically answer many of the issues they want answered, meaning the issues continue.
During the summer transfer window, Fabio Paratici brought in four new players to start the new season, with one joining at the beginning of next season.
Pierluigi Gollini, Bryan Gil, Cristian Romero and Emerson Royal have all got minutes under Nuno Espirito Santo so far, showing glimpses of their potential and Pape Matar Sarr has been loaned back to his former club Metz, before he moves to north London.
There are still areas of the pitch which need improving, including the need for another striker, with Harry Kane being the only regular first team player in this position currently, leaving some wanting business to be done in the January transfer window.
There is always work to be done at football clubs but at Spurs, it seems that fans want things changed now more than ever.
The Lilywhites have won five and lost three of their opening eight Premier League games, leaving them fifth in the table and just four points off the top spot.
