For many, the New Year represents a bit of a slump, with post-Christmas festivities giving way to the January blues and a lack of plans.
Yet that couldn’t be further from the truth for those involved in grassroots football, with the sport kicking back into gear across the country after a break for the festive period.
That break will have been a good time to both have a breather and also take stock of the state of the grassroots game.
As such, it feels like the perfect time to launch our Kick N Mix newsletter’s big grassroots football survey for 2022.
We want to get your thoughts on the state of the game in junior football, to find out what issues - if any - you and your team currently face.
With this season currently looking like the first in two years not to be impacted by a Covid lockdown, we also want to know how you found returning to grassroots football, and whether or not adapting to sport in the pandemic was challenging.
