It seems a lot of Canberrans have already tried this gastronomic wonder. Is it the ultimate lockdown comfort food?
The Vegemite pizza was launched by Domino's this week - for a limited time (!) - dovetailing with Canberrans' last few days in lockdown.
It reminded us of that time the late, great John Marshall aka Mr Frugii made Vegemite ice cream for Australia Day 2017.
We asked Domino's if Canberrans were particularly happy little Vegemites with the launch of the new pizza, and the answer was a resounding yes and it was putting a rose in every cheek.
"While this limited edition pizza only launched on Monday, it's already giving some of our most popular pizzas a little friendly competition - with some stores set to sell out well before the three-week sale period is up," a Domino's spokesperson said.
"In fact, the ACT is home to some of our biggest Cheesy Vegemite Pizza fans. So, pizza lovers across Canberra should get in quick if they want to try a slice of this iconic Aussie combo before it sells out."
