Michelle Post, aged 54, was last seen leaving her home on Rhondda Road at Teralba around 11am Saturday.
She was driving her white Toyota Rav4 station wagon, NSW registration DKQ16J.
Police and Ms Post's family have concerns for her welfare after she was reported missing from the Lake Macquarie region.
Michelle is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 160-165cm tall with a medium build and short brown hair.
She was last seen wearing thongs, a pink singlet with black shorts and was carrying a large brown handbag.
