Have you seen Finn? Vet surgery joins hunt for wire-haired dachshund missing in Midlothian

A vet surgery in Midlothian has posted an appeal to help find one of their patients - a wire-haired dachshund called Finn.

The dog went missing on the Loanhead- Roslin walkway on Monday 8 July.

ICR Vets, a surgery based in Loanhead, shared a picture of Finn on Facebook and asked people in Midlothian to keep a close eye out for him. The post said:

"Finn (on the left) is missing - he’s microchipped. He went missing on the Loanhead-Roslin walkway. Please contact us if anyone sees him. Thank you!"

The walkway runs between Loanhead and Roslin on an old railway path, and is popular with dog walkers.

The vet surgery's post has been shared over 100 times so far, with dozens of comments.

If you see Finn, please contact ICR Vets in Loanhead on 0131 440 4229 .
