Though hard to believe, it's now been three years since the United Kingdom left the European Union. Many are still debating whether it was for better or for worse.
It was easily one of the most talked about political referendums the country has ever seen. Ultimately, 52% of those who voted in 2016 picked to leave the EU - with those in Wales also choosing in favour to leave by 52.5%. After protracted negotiations and several failed attempts to broker a deal, the UK eventually left in January 2020.
