Have you been expected to travel a long distance to take a self-referral NHS coronavirus test, during the last couple of weeks?

We would like to hear from people who have been forced to take a long journey to get a test because the only testing centre on offer was miles away.

If you’ve been given the option to go to a local centre, we’d like to hear from you too.
