A week on from Paris, with the repercussions felt around Europe, it can be difficult not to feel anxious going about your day-to-day life.

Even if you’re not based in the French capital, reports about potential attacks and false alarms elsewhere can add to anxiety following a major terror attack. We’ll be speaking to psychologists and mental health experts about how these kind of events can affect people, but we’d also like to hear from people who are feeling concerned after last week’s events.
