Have Jiangsu Suning teased a Gareth Bale announcement with cryptic social media hint?

Where next for Gareth Bale?

The Wales international has enjoyed great success at Real Madrid ever since joining from Tottenham Hotspur six years ago, winning four Champions League titles as well as La Liga once.

But his future is away from the Santiago Bernabeu as Los Blancos ruthlessly confirmed so over the weekend.

"Bale did not play because he is very close to leaving," Zidane told reporters. "We hope he leaves soon. It would be best for everyone.

"We are working on his transfer to a new team.

"I have nothing personal against him, but there comes a time where things are done because they must be done, I have to make decisions.

"We have to change.

"The exit is the coach's decision, and also of the player, who knows the situation.

"The situation will change, I do not know if in 24 or 48 hours, but it will, and it's a good thing for everyone."

Zidane said Bale is "very close to leaving" but didn't mention a club.

This is what Mauricio Pochettino had to say amid talk of a return to north London for Bale: "I saw in the media but I do not know which club is working to try to sign him.

"At the moment I do not have any information from my chairman.

"I don’t know if it is us or another club. It is not my job.

"It is the job of my chairman who is trying to build the best possible squad."

Or is a move to the Chinese Super League on the cards for Bale?

Well, Jiangsu Suning have followed the forward on Instagram and this is significant as the club only follow their own players, ex-players and sponsors on that particular social media platform.

Does this hint at an imminent announcement? Zidane is due to speak to the media at 11pm (UK time) where a further update on Bale's future could come to light.
