Haugh of Urr's Jo Muir part of Pentathlon GB team nominated for Sunday Times Sportswomen of the Year Awards

The Stewartry Sports Awards aren’t the only prizes Jo Muir is in the running for.

The Haugh of Urr athlete is also in contention for an honour at The Sunday Times Sportswomen of the Year Awards.

Jo is part of Pentathlon GB’s women’s squad that has been nominated for the Team of the Year prize.

She has been a huge part of their success this year, which has included winning team gold at the Modern Pentathlon European Championships and team silver at the World Championships.
