An East Midlands law firm has announced three significant promotions.
Anna McLeod, Danielle Upton and Liam Krebich have all climbed the ladder at Smith Partnership, which has offices in Derby, Leicester, Burton, Stoke and Swadlincote.
Anna has been made partner at the legal practice after excelling in the area of complex clinical negligence claims as an associate solicitor.
She has experience in all types of clinical negligence work, including A and E claims, surgery claims, GP claims and dental negligence.
Meanwhile, Danielle Upton has been promoted from commercial property solicitor to associate solicitor.
Danielle advises clients on a range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals as well as secured lending and has particular expertise in complex commercial landlord and tenant matters.
Her clients include a national bespoke eyewear brand, a national digital brand, a marketing and communications agency and a number of local and national charities.
There is also good news for Liam Kreibich who moves up from solicitor to associate solicitor.
Liam is part of the dispute resolution department and specialises in landlord and tenant matters. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of housing law.
