Everton fans are voicing their concern over the recent update on Nuno Espirito Santo.
The Blues are still searching for their new manager after Carlo Ancelotti’s departure for Real Madrid last week.
A number of candidates have been linked with the vacancy at Goodison Park, including the former Wolves boss.
Other names who have been linked with the job are Eddie Howe, Graham Potter, Rafa Benitez and Roberto Martinez, among others.
Reports in The Telegraph have claimed that Santo is on the verge of becoming the new manager of Crystal Palace, who are looking to replace Roy Hodgson.
Many Everton fans have reacted to the news, with some admitting they’re not happy at missing out on Santo moving to Goodison Park.

Paul EFC 86: “Convinced he was going to be the new Everton manager. Really worried for us now.”
Richard Watkins: “So it looks like Everton are not getting Nuno..... #efc Just the way our luck is going at the moment unfortunately.”

Ross: “Just need Palace to confirm Nuno, Benitez to Fener rumour to be true and Moyes to sign a west ham deal and it’ll be a great week.”
