The very first wave of Marvel Rivals action figures by Hasbro are now available for pre-order. As a general rule, Hasbro’s Marvel products tend to focus on sources like comic books or MCU-related media, though given how popular Marvel Rivals is, it’s a little surprising how long it’s taken for the hero shooter to get its own line.
Fans can now preorder two characters from Marvel Rivals – Punisher and Moon Knight – with a release date of early September, and more waves of heroes and villains will follow soon after.
Punisher and Moon Knight are now up for preorder
The first two characters available are a little random, but not unwelcome. Moon Knight – complete with two different capes, billy clubs, and crescent-shapped daggers – and an absolute unit of Punisher, as seen on many a turret in-game, make up the first wave. Punisher comes with a few alternate hands and one different facial expression, alongside multiple guns (which include blast effects).
What makes Hasbro’s line of ‘Marvel Legends’ figures stand out is the high-quality articulation in every joint, making them some of the most posable action figures collectors can buy. On top of the variety of props for each figure, fans of Marvel Rivals can set their main up in almost any conceivable pose. The high price tag of these figures ($35 USD for Punisher and $40 for Moon Knight) does set an equally high bar for quality.

More Marvel Rivals characters to come
The other characters confirmed for release in later waves are Spider-Man, Luna Snow, Venom, and the lovable Jeff the Land Shark. These characters will be sold in sets, with Jeff and Venom available for preorder on April 29 at 1 PM EST, and Spider-Man paired with Luna Snow available on May 13 at 1 PM EST. Which accessories they’ll have has yet to be confirmed, but from promo pictures it seems Luna Snow will get her giant snowflake and Jeff will have at least two different facial expressions to swap between.
With the huge – and ever growing – cast of characters in Marvel Rivals, hopefully Hasbro will continue this line to cover even more heroes and villains from the game. For fans who miss out on the initial preorder window, fear not! Marvel Rivals‘ social media confirmed that more wider availability would come this fall.
