Has Warriors coach Steve Kerr lost his team?

Following the Golden State Warriors’ Game 5 loss to the eight-seed Los Angeles Clippers Wednesday night, the reigning champs were back at practice on Thursday — working out the kinks prior to Game 6 in L.A.

But an awkward moment occurred when Warriors coach Steve Kerr wanted the on-court music lowered so that he could better hear reporters’ questions during his media session.

Kerr asked twice, nicely, and was told by someone (off-camera): “Draymond wants the music up.”

The reporters laughed about it, but Kerr looked angered and embarrassed by what some could consider blatant disrespect by Green, who is no stranger to having trouble with the organization this season.

Earlier this week, Warriors Wire reported that Kevin Durant has listed his Malibu home for sale, which only has increased speculation that he is ready to move on from Golden State.

Green’s disrespect of his coach in front of the media, Durant’s decision to start house-hunting and the surprisingly bad on-court production of the Warriors in the playoffs only increase suspicions of internal strife and the likelihood the roster will be dramatically different for the 2019-20 NBA season.
