Harvey Keitel, Dermot Mulroney, Richard Brake, and Jackson Rathbone are set to star in director Phil Blattenberger’s upcoming crime thriller Laws of Man, which is generating buzz as it heads to the Cannes Film Festival for potential buyers. In this film, Keitel will portray a mysterious hippie preacher in a storyline that follows two U.S. marshals on a perilous mission to apprehend Benjamin Bonney, a wanted outlaw for murder. However, their plans are thwarted by a desert ambush, leading to a series of unexpected events.

As the marshals navigate through assassination attempts and imminent catastrophe, they uncover a dark conspiracy that poses a threat to the very core of peace and justice. Originally titled Without Consequence, the film is a collaboration between Film Mode Entertainment and Lost Galleon Films. The ensemble cast also includes Graham Greene, Keith Carradine, Kelly Lynn Reiter, and James Urbaniak.

Director Blattenberger, who penned the script for Laws of Man, will produce the film alongside Dan Black and Jacob Keohane. Blattenberger expressed his excitement for the project, stating, 'Laws of Man encapsulates everything we love about thrillers — good guys, bad guys, gunfights, and burgeoning love.' Blattenberger is recognized for his work on Condor’s Nest and Point Man.

Keitel, known for his roles in iconic films like Mean Streets, Taxi Driver, Reservoir Dogs, and Pulp Fiction, will bring his seasoned talent to the screen. Rathbone, famous for his portrayal of Jasper Hale in The Twilight Saga, joins the cast alongside Mulroney, who recently starred in Anyone But You with Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell. Brake, recognized for his role as the Night King in Game of Thrones and his collaborations with horror maestro Rob Zombie, adds to the ensemble.

Keitel is represented by Untitled Entertainment, Mulroney by Paradigm, and Brake by Markham Froggat & Irwin. Keohane is represented by Artists Resource, while Rathbone and Carradine are represented by Innovate Artists. Greene is represented by Greene Talent, and Urbaniak by Buchwald.
