The narrative delves into Lali's past experiences at the camp, where he meets and falls in love with Gita Sokolov, played by Anna Próchniak.
The story unfolds as Lali recounts his time in Auschwitz to Heather Morris, a young writer whose novel, The Tattooist of Auschwitz, served as the inspiration for the series.
