Harry Styles is trying to reignite his past romance with model Daisy Lowe – seven years after they called quits on their relationship.
The 26-year-old Watermelon Sugar singer and 31-year-old former Strictly Come Dancing star Daisy had a brief romance back in 2013.
According to reports, Harry has been sliding into Daisy’s DMs in an effort to strike up a conversation and, allegedly, to see if a flicker of the former flame is still there.
However, while Harry has been single since splitting from French model Camille Rowe two years ago, Daisy recently embarked on a romance with music producer Christian Langdon.
A source from the music industry told The Sun on Sunday that Harry has carried a torch for Daisy ever since they split, and notes that they are part of the same friendship set.
While the One Direction star is said to be enamoured with the dark haired beauty – who is the daughter of Bush singer Gavin Rosedale and fashion designer Pearl Lowe.
The source claimed: “Not only does he think she’s really cool, with her rock and roll background, but he really fancies her too and loves her style.
“He’s slid into her DMs quite a bit and is open about appreciating her sexy Instagram pics.”
However the source suggests Daisy has had to let the chart topping star down gently.
They claim: “Sadly, she’s five years older than him and while he can more than handle himself with older women, she’s always seen him more as a little brother than a lover.”
Harry has been linked to a string of high profile women since finding fame aged 16 on The X Factor 10 years ago.
He counts fellow musician Taylor Swift, 30, and Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kendall Jenner, 24, among his ex-girlfriends.
