The official Harry Potter Shop has launched brand-new all wooden wands. The first of their kind to be made from premium sustainably sourced wood, the new wands are hand-crafted and hand-painted to create the most realistic experience for Harry Potter fans.
The wands are made in collaboration with the Head Prop Maker on the Harry Potter films, Pierre Bohanna, who along with his team, was the master wand maker designing and creating exquisite wands unique to each character.
During his career, Bohanna is estimated to have made over 1000 wands and has guided the design of the new product from concept through to creation, having started as a simple drawing to the must-have item in a Harry Potter fan’s collection.
The three new wands available include those of Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Professor Dumbledore and can be purchased online from HarryPotterShop.co.uk, at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter and Platform 9 ¾ Shop at Kings Cross and Harry Potter New York.
