Harry Potter fans can now pretend they are in Hogwarts and sleep in a cottage inspired by the Gryffindor dormitory.
Guests can fall under the spell of the wizarding world by in the magical holiday home that looks just like the student living quarters in the books and films.
Stepping into North Shire will immediately transport you to Hogwarts - and up to six pals can enjoy the magic.
It is designed to look just like the Gryffindor common room where Harry, Ron and Hermione spent their school days.
Guests can relax in four poster beds with sweeping red curtains, with the whole cottage decked out in red and gold.
One of the biggest highlights is the red sofas in front of a huge stone fireplace, just like the Hogwarts hotspot.
The cottage, in Liverton, also has a jaw-dropping bathroom that will transport you back to the much-loved franchise, with gothic mirrors and ornate gold sinks.
It even has a huge stained glass window that was specially commissioned to depict a blonde mermaid, in a nod to the scene from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire when Harry slips into the bathroom.
Other mermaid-inspired touches include large gold shell-shaped sinks.
The good news is that you won't need to dig into your Gringott's vault for a stay.
Prices start from £50 per person a night, based on six people sharing. You can already book on the North Shire website.
If the Gryffindor stay is of particular interest, North Shire has a competition for a stay in order to raise funds for conservation charity Tusk.
The winner will receive a free three-night stay for up to six people in The Dorm for the New Year, complete with a luxury champagne hamper on arrival.
