Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone by J.K. Rowling - review

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone is in one of the greatest series of books of all time! Literally. I mainly enjoyed it because of the mystery and detective work that the characters experienced, but also because of the different parts that seemed random but were all tied together by the end.

Hermione Granger was probably my favourite character in this book. She is extremely clever and also very daring, which means that she is a very helpful and loyal friend. Hermione always helped Ron and Harry out in sticky situations (some with a larger risk of death than others).

I think that this is a great book for all readers, and I am very sorry that I waited so long to read this. Also, I recommend that you read the book before seeing the film, because honestly it missed a lot, I mean A LOT of detail.

Well anyway, thank you for taking the time to read this review, and I hope you have enjoyed it. I don’t mean to put you off seeing the film, in fact, I rate it almost as highly as the book!
