Harry Kane to Man United: Tottenham can be offered money plus Martial, Lingard and James, says Neville

Manchester United have been tipped to offer Tottenham money and Anthony Martial, Daniel James and Jesse Lingard for Harry Kane.

Kane wants to leave Spurs in the summer after growing impatient at a lack of silverware, with both United and Manchester City heavily linked with interest.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy insists the player is not for sale, though a fee upwards of £150million could force the club's hand - with Kane insisting he has a gentleman's agreement to leave.

Gary Neville does not expect any club to come close to such a price and believe United may have the edge on City by offering players in part-exchange.

"It's difficult," Neville told Sky Sports.

"City don't tend to break their budget do they, £65m/£70m [is their transfer record] – they're not going to get him for that.

"So it's whether they could get a player to Tottenham that would makeweight the deal. And I think that's what United maybe have in Martial, James and Lingard.

"They're types of players you could send there [to Spurs] plus a chunk of money and it might make Daniel Levy happy, I don't know."
