Harry Kane has become increasingly frustrated by the lack of trophies being won by Tottenham, with this term marking the 13th season without a trophy for the North London club.
However, contrary to reports from Sky Sports News, football.london understands that the 27-year-old has not notified the club of any desire to leave in the summer.
With the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United all reportedly interested it begs the question, how much would England's captain cost?
Kane is worth just between £60.2-77.7 million according to data from CIES Football Observatory, who produce a weekly list of the game's most valuable players.
CIES uses an algorithm devised to account for several different factors that assess the transfer value of players all over the world.
Kane, who still has three years left on his current contract with Spurs, is valued at less than the likes of Jadon Sancho and Mason Mount by the CIES algorithm.
Whoever does attempt to prise Kane away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will need more than just money as Kane has consistently made it clear of his ambition to win silverware.
"Individual awards are great, they are fantastic achievements," he said in a recent interview.
"When I look back at the end of my career, these are the things I will go over and take in more but the goal right now as a player is to win team trophies.
"I want to be winning the biggest prizes there is to offer and we are not quite doing that. It is bittersweet, I would rather be winning team trophies than this one but it is what it is."
