Harry Kane's St James' Park verdict which Newcastle United fans will love

England captain Harry Kane has revealed that St James' Park is the ground he most likes to visit in the Premier League.

The Tottenham Hotspur star, who has been tipped to break Alan Shearer's all-time Premier League top goalscorer record, has talked up the 'great atmosphere' generated by 'mad' Newcastle United fans.

Kane took part in a question and answer session on Twitch TV with gaming star 'PieFace' on Tuesday evening and was asked all kinds of different questions about his career with Spurs and with the England national team.

And when asked what stadium he likes visiting the most, the 2018 World Cup Golden Boot winner did not hesitate to talk up the St James' Park faithful.

“Newcastle away is always a great game, a great atmosphere,” Kane said.

“It’s an incredible stadium, St. James’ Park. I enjoy it. I look forward to that game.

“The fans up there are mad for Newcastle as well, so it’s normally a great atmosphere and a great game to be involved with.”

Kane, who has won the Premier League Golden Boot on two occasions, clearly uses the atmosphere to fuel his performance as well having scored a brace on each of his last two visits to St James' Park.

The 27-year-old has enjoyed another prolific season at Spurs this term and will captain England in this summer's European Championships.

He is yet to win a major trophy in his career, though, and this summer's transfer window is set to be dominated by speculation over his future at club level.
