Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly 'furious' with Harry Kane following his interview with Gary Neville that was released earlier in the week.
In the conversation with Neville, Kane went public with his desire to leave Spurs, saying his future is up to him, rather than the north London club, despite still having three years remaining on his current contract.
According to the Daily Mail, Levy is understood to be 'furious' and deems Kane 's comments as 'disrespectful'.
Despite the rather damning interview, football.london understands that the England captain has not directly informed Tottenham of his desire to leave the club at the end of the season.
The Mail's report says that Spurs' position on selling Kane has not changed and he is still not for sale. But it does also state that an offer in excess of £150million could test the club's resolve.
As well as this, Kane's interview has now 'strengthened' Spurs' desire to keep hold of him beyond this summer and have him at the club for the next campaign, the report claims.
Kane has been linked with both Manchester clubs, as well as London rivals Chelsea, who are all thought to have been in touch with the striker's representatives over a high profile summer switch.
Sky Sports are reporting that the 27-year-old's preference is to stay put in the Premier League and he wants his future settled before captaining England at this summer's delayed European Championships - that start in June.
Kane suggested that £100m might be enough for a club to sign him in the summer, saying: "I don't know, I mean he (Levy) might want to sell me.
"He might be thinking, 'If I could get £100m for you, then why not?'... do you know what I mean? I'm not going to be worth that for the next two or three years."
