Tottenham are without Harry Kane for today's crucial clash at Everton after the striker came down with illness.
The Spurs talisman did not travel to Liverpool with the rest of the squad on Saturday – a significant blow for manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs are hopeful that Kane will recover in time to face Red Star Belgrade on Wednesday, with Spurs due to travel to Serbia the day before.
In Kane's absence, Pochettino named Lucas Moura up-front, with support from attacking midfielders Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Heung-min Son.
With club captain Hugo Lloris (elbow) and Jan Vertonghen (hamstring) both missing, as well as the suspended Danny Rose who has also skippered the side in the past, Pochettino handed the armband to Ben Davies on Merseyside. Erik Lamela (hamstring) is also unavailable.
In more positive news, summer signing Ryan Sessesgnon has been included in the squad for the first time.
The 19-year-old is among the substitutes at Goodison Park, having not featured since joining from Fulham on transfer deadline day due to a hamstring injury. Ben Davies deputises for Rose at left-back.
England manager Gareth Southgate is at Everton to run the rule over Harry Winks, Dele Alli and Michael Keane ahead of Thursday's squad announcement.
