Harry Kane has already revealed his dream move after leaving Tottenham amid Man City links

Talk over Harry Kane's future will no doubt rumble on over the coming months despite remaining at Tottenham this summer.

Scoring goals for fun since breaking into the Spurs first team under Mauricio Pochettino, the England captain was heavily linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium ahead of the new season after the team once again missed out on Champions League football.

Kane was constantly in the headlines regarding a transfer exit in his quest to win silverware on a regular basis, with Man City, unsurprisingly, linked with a big-money transfer.

Amid links with both Manchester United and Chelsea as well, many believed a move to the Etihad Stadium would materialise with Pep Guardiola in need of a new striker after Sergio Aguero's exit.

However, reports suggested that Daniel Levy would want an offer of around £150million to even think about letting his main man depart.

City were only believed to have bid £75million plus £25million in add-ons for the 28-year-old and that was nowhere near enough to convince the Spurs chairman to part with the striker.

As speculation over the player's future shows no sign of going away due to Tottenham's mixed start to 2021/22, Kane will continue to find himself in the headlines leading up the January transfer window and beyond.

While of course City could make another move for the England international at some point, the 28-year-old has already revealed his dream move later down the line - and it's to play in the NFL.

It's no secret that Kane has long been a fan of American football, going as far as establishing a friendship with Tom Brady and admits he would love to test himself in the sport once he's finished playing football.

"I think the main one I spoke about before is maybe looking at the option of playing in the NFL one day. That would be obviously a bucket list, a dream come true," Kane said, as per the Daily Mail.

"I think there's still a long way to go between now and that moment. But I think it's something that I've got one eye on.

"And who knows, towards the end of my career, I might take it a little bit more seriously. See how I'd go about that.

"Yeah, who knows? You never know."
