Harry Kane and Heung-min Son feature in latest Tottenham training pictures ahead of season restart

Harry Kane, Heung-min Son and Moussa Sissoko were involved in group training this week as Tottenham step up their preparations for the Premier League restart.

Kane had been expected to miss most of the remainder of the season after he was injured against Southampton on New Year’s Day.

Sissoko meanwhile was ruled out for three months after undergoing knee surgery while Son fractured his right arm in February.

The coronavirus lockdown however has given the trio time to recover ahead of the resumption of the Premier League season - with Spurs restarting their campaign against Manchester United on June 19-21.

January signing Steven Bergwijn, who is yet to play alongside Kane, was also back. The Dutchman returned to London in May having been given permission to return home to the Netherlands at the end of March for the birth of his first child.

Spurs did not rush back the 22-year-old because he was recovering from a sprained ankle, sustained at Burnley in March

Spurs resumed group training on Monday with their injured contingent now fit enough to join up with their teammates.

Mourinho told Tottenham's official website last week: "In relation to all these big injuries that ended in surgeries, Moussa, Sonny and Harry, yes they are back and we are going to start training with the full group next Monday and yes they are going to be in the group."
