Harry 'doesn't recognise' Charles and William anymore but 'would like to get them back'

Prince Harry has said that he "doesn't recognise" his father and brother but would still "like to have reconciliation".

The Duke of Sussex has started to address some of the bombshell claims made in his new memoir during an interview with ITV's Tom Bradby tonight.

Speaking about the feud between him, his brother, Prince William, and his father, King Charles, Harry told Bradby that he would still be able to forgive them.

The prince said: "I think there's probably a lot of people who, after watching the documentary and reading the book, will go, 'how could you ever forgive your family for what they've done?'

"People have already said that to me. And I said, 'forgiveness is 100% a possibility because I would like to get my father back.'"

He added: "I would like to have my brother back. At the moment, I don't recognise them, as much as they probably don't recognise me."

Harry, who has been vocal in his criticism of the press, also hit out at tabloids for creating conflict with his family.

He continued: "We're not just talking about family relationships, we're talking about an antagonist, which is the British press, specifically the tabloids who want to create as much conflict as possible.

"The saddest part of that is certain members of my family and the people that work for them are complicit in that conflict."

Segments of Harry's new memoir, Spare, have leaked ahead of it's release after copies were accidentally sold early in Spain.

In a number of bombshell claims Harry alleged that William pushed him to the ground in one altercation and that King Charles was jealous of Meghan as well as his sister-in-law, the Princess of Wales.

Harry said that he has made peace with some of the things that have happened, but would still like "reconciliation" and "accountability".

He told Bradby: "Not only would that be wonderful for us, but it would be fantastic for them as well."
