Harry Byrne will return for Leinster's penultimate regular PRO14 season game against Zebre in the Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi on Friday (5.45pm Irish time).
The young Blues out-half missed out on Saturday night's victory at Ulster that confirmed Leinster's place in the final against Munster on March 27.
Byrne, who suffered a head injury in the win previous to that against Glasgow, has now gone through his graduated return to play protocols and is expected to be available to play in Italy.
Ciaran Frawley injured his shoulder in the warm-up to the Glasgow game and will have further assessment this week, but is a doubt for Friday, while Josh van der Flier, who started at the Kingspan Stadium, is following return to play protocols but has rejoined the Ireland squad ahead of the Six Nations clash with Scotland.

Seán Cronin picked up a back injury before the Ulster game and will also be further assessed this week.
Head coach Leo Cullen is expected to shuffle the deck with Leinster's place in the decider, which is set to be played at the RDS, is assured with two games to spare.
Vakh Abdaladze took a limited part in team training last week as he continues to recover from a back injury and will again increase his involvement this week.
There is no new update on Caelan Doris, who has missed out on the Six Nations after suffering concussive symptoms.
