The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have backed a Canadian mental health campaign in a string of social media posts.
Harry and Meghan, who are in Canada after deciding to give up senior royal duties, supported the telecommunication company Bell's 'Let’s Talk' campaign on their official Instagram account.
Some of the images show people holding up cards with positive messages such as: “Be kind to everyone you meet it goes a long way”.
It is not the first time the couple have supported mental health campaigns and the pair have spoken out about their own experiences
Harry described his mental health and the way he deals with the pressures of his life as a matter of “constant management”.
He also joined forces with US chat show queen Oprah Winfrey on a mental health documentary series.
January 29 is the 10th annual Bell Let’s Talk Day, a national conversation around mental illness aimed at fighting stigma and raising money for the cause.
Mary Deacon, chairwoman of Bell Let’s Talk, said: “I am so excited to be celebrating the 10th anniversary of Bell Let’s Talk Day with Canadians in every corner of the country and people all around the world.
“Over the last decade, we’ve worked together to reduce the stigma around mental illness, grow awareness of its wide-ranging impacts and build acceptance of the need for real change.
“Let’s keep our momentum going by taking action in ways large and small to support people living with mental illness every day.”
