Harry and Meghan called 'pathetic money-grubbing spotlight addicts' by livid Megyn Kelly

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been labelled "pathetic money-grubbing spotlight addicts" by outspoken US presenter Megyn Kelly.

The Sussexes are going through a tough time at the moment - with the news emerging last week that they are being booted out of Frogmore Cottage by King Charles.

While Harry hit the headlines at the weekend after telling trauma guru Gabor Maté in a web chat that the royals don't "speak the same language" in another blow to his family.

Kelly, who is clearly not a fan of the couple, claimed Meghan had 'pimped out' Harry after realising he 'has no money' last week.

But now she has blasted the Sussexes for their alleged "mean-girl betrayals" and criticised them for not revealing whether they will attend Charles' Coronation.

Harry and Meghan have confirmed they have been invited to Charles' big day, but are playing coy on whether they will be part of the 2,000-strong congregation at Westminster Abbey.

Kelly wrote on Twitter : "Look at these pathetic money-grubbing spotlight addicts.

"King Charles invites them to the Coronation despite their mean-girl betrayals and it's 'we'll have to think about it'."

The outspoken presenter, who previously suggested the pair only had themselves to blame for their drop in popularity after "airing their dirty laundry", believes they would never pass up the opportunity.

Kelly added: "As if they have something better to do, and as if they would ever miss the chance to see themselves on cam."

But some people didn't agree - telling Kelly that she was being too harsh on the pair and they have valid reasons for taking their time to decide.

"My God, is there any day that ever dawned that you're not filled with such bile and hatred towards people you barely know," replied one person.

Another explained: "It's their son's birthday. They should think about it."

While a third joked: "You're not getting invited Meg. Calm down."

It remains to be seen as to whether Harry and Meghan will fly back to the UK to attend the Coronation of King Charles on May 6 this year.

Their spokesperson told the Times' royal editor Roya Nikkhah: "I can confirm The Duke has recently received email correspondence from His Majesty's office regarding the coronation.

"An immediate decision on whether The Duke and Duchess will attend will not be disclosed by us at this time."

There are a number of issues, with relations between Harry and his family at an all time low, and the historic event awkwardly takes place on Archie's birthday.

Whether they will attend the coronation, and star-studded concert at Windsor Castle as pat of a bumper bank holiday weekend, depends on one simple demand.

According to sources, Harry wants a summit with King Charles and Prince William to discuss their issues.

A source told The Mirror: "Harry has been very clear and his position hasn't wavered – he isn't going to come if he feels the atmosphere will be as toxic as it was during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and funeral.

"He's said he wants to reconcile with his family and it’s their call, but so far nothing has changed."

It probably hasn't helped that Meghan and Harry are being booted out of Frogmore Cottage, the home which was gifted to them by the late Queen Elizabeth II

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have confirmed they have been "requested to vacate" their UK home in a move that has reportedly left them "stunned".

Two other royals are said to have been left "appalled" and there were initial suggestions that Frogmore would go to the disgraced Prince Andrew.

But it's since been claimed that Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank have already moved into the plush Windsor property.

A royal source told OK! magazine that Eugenie and Jack were handed the keys, with the pregnant princess "determined to have the baby in the UK and bring up her children in England".

According to Omid Scobie, one of the authors behind the biography of Harry and Meghan, Finding Freedom, the King's decision came after Harry released his controversial memoir Spare in January.

He claimed that the couple was told the property was needed for "someone else" and that relations between the Sussexes and the rest of the Firm was at "an all-time low".

Scobie also said that Harry and Meghan were left "stunned" by the movie, while two other royals have also been left "appalled".

Writing for Yahoo, he explained: "It's news, sources tell me, that has left Harry and Meghan stunned, and at least two members of the Royal Family 'appalled'."

And he quoted a friend of the couple as saying: "It all feels very final and like a cruel punishment. It’s like [the family] want to cut them out of the picture for good."

Sources said the King was outraged by a string of Harry's accusations in his controversial memoir, in particular his attacks on his wife, Queen Consort Camilla.
